What you should know
How is the price worked out?
On the route, the vehicle and the hour. Once quoted, it doesn't move: no traffic jam, detour or wait pushes it up.
And if I cancel?
It's free up to one hour before pick-up. After that, half the fare is due. And if the delay is mine, the ride is on me.
Is there a night or weekend surcharge?
The hour goes into working out the fare, but it's built into the quoted price. You never discover a surcharge on arrival.
Can I pay cash?
Yes. Card, transfer, cash or Apple Pay, whichever you prefer. The business invoice arrives by email on request.
Is it always the same vehicle?
Always: a black Mercedes EQV, electric, up to seven seats. You know in advance what you're getting into, and who's driving.
